30 Day Plan
You will get a personal 45 minute session where you’ll get familiarised with the clubs equipment and facilities including all our group exercise programs. You will also receive an initial assessment and be given a 30 Day Workout Plan to get you started.
If you have a question, an injury or even just a burning desire to get a new workout plan together, you can book a free one-to-one Fitness Guru session anytime. Just ask at reception or the fitness desk.
