When are payments due?

Payments are made fortnightly every second Thursday. Download a copy of our direct debit calendar outlining key dates to manage your membership.

Can I freeze my membership?

Of course.  We know that sometimes you may need a break so simply let us know by close of business on the Sunday before your next direct debit and we’ll pop your membership on freeze.  A freeze fee applies.

How can I cancel my membership?

Simply pop into the club or email us to let us know by Sunday close of business before the next direct debit and we’ll cancel your membership. An early termination fee will apply if the cancellation is within minimum commitment period.

How do I request a tax invoice for my membership?

Simply hop into mylocker and head to “manage my account” to download tax invoices.
