Classes

New to HYROX or a seasoned pro, our HYROX class provides you with the perfect introduction to hybrid training, blending functional strength, conditioning and endurance in a high-energy group workout. Designed for all levels, this class gives you a taste of HYROX training style with no prior experience required. Expect dynamic workouts, simple race-inspired formats, and plenty of motivation. Perfect for building all-round fitness, confidence, and community while exploring something new.

SMALLER CLASSES, BIGGER RESULTS

Small Group Training

Ready to train with purpose? Whether you’re preparing for an event or chasing next-level results, Small Group Training delivers a premium, performance-focused hybrid training experience. With a maximum of 12 participants per session, you’ll benefit from specialised programming, targeted coaching and structured progression aligned to HYROX race demands. Access requires a dedicated HYROX Small Group Training subscription.

Personal Training

For a fully tailored, one-on-one approach to building race-ready strength and endurance, HYROX Personal Training is designed to help you progress with purpose. Work closely with an expert coach to refine your technique, improve efficiency across key HYROX movements, and build the confidence to perform when it matters most. Ideal for those seeking a more individualised path to progress — whether you're new to the floor or pushing for a stronger finish. Access requires a HYROX Personal Training package.
