1. Rest of the year half price + 3 x PT Sessions

Join Virgin Active Australia on a 12 month membership between 12.01am 1st November 2025 and 11.59pm on 18th November 2025 and receive the rest of 2025 membership dues half price and a free Personal Training Pack of three 45-minute personal training sessions. Your first membership payment will be deducted via direct debit at the half price rate on the next scheduled payment date after sign up . Your first payment inclusive of full price membership will be deducted on December 25th. This payment will cover both the half price period from December 25th to December 31st and the full price period from January 1st to January 7th. On January 8th, the regular full membership fee will commence. To qualify for the offer, a joiner must complete Virgin Active’s membership sign up process including provision of ongoing direct debit payment details and health check. Early termination fee applies if membership agreement is cancelled in the initial 12 month minimum commitment period. Our standard Personal Training Terms Total minimum cost of membership varies between Clubs and membership type; please check in Club for total minimum commitment value. The Total Minimum Commitment shown during the sign up process will not account for the discounted period of membership. Your Total Minimum Commitment will be reduced by the discounted period of membership. If the joining member is under 18 at the time of joining, their parent or guardian will be required to attend our Club in person to sign Virgin Active’s Membership Agreement and all associated forms. The offer is available for new members or ex-members whose membership has lapsed for 30 days or more and who satisfy all other offer criteria. This offer is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or for individual sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer nor to offset the cost of any future Virgin Active Membership fees other than as set out in these terms and conditions.

2. Cooling Off Period

If you change your mind within 14 days of joining, we'll refund any payments. We may deduct any guest fees or personal training fees, if you've used our clubs or services.

3. Freeze

To freeze your membership, please let us know at least 3 days before the next direct debit date (ie close of business on Sunday).You can freeze your membership from direct debit date to direct debit date. Minimum 2 weeks to maximum of 12 weeks.

4. Group exercise bookings

To keep things fair, you can have 6 bookings at any given time and 3 of these can be hot classes. These are the super popular classes marked on the timetable with a flame symbol. Cancel before 8pm to avoid strikes. Cancellations after 8pm and before 1 hour of the class start time incur 1 strike. Cancellations within 1 hour or no shows incur 2 strikes. If 6 strikes are incurred in a calendar month, maximum bookings at any given time will be reduced to 1 booking for 4 weeks. Members can still attend a class without a booking if there is a spot available. Please see Legal Stuff for our full class bookings policy.

5. Initial Commitment Period

Your Initial Commitment Period is 52 weeks from your first billing date. It will then automatically renew for further two week Commitment Periods unless terminated.

6. Termination/cancellation process

To cancel your membership, please let us know in Club at least 3 days before the next direct debit date (ie close of business on Sunday). If you terminate your membership within the Initial Commitment Period, an Early Termination Fee of up to $300 will apply.

7. Under 23 Membership

Your membership will entitle you to use the facilities and benefits available from time to time at your home club. By applying for an Under 23 Membership you are confirming that you under 23 as at your Membership Start Date and that you have provided acceptable proof of your age at sign up. If you have not provided an acceptable form of ID clearly identifying your age at the time of joining, you will have until your first direct debit date to provide it. If have not received an acceptable form of ID, any discount received will be added to your next direct debit and your ongoing membership dues will be updated to the standard Long Termer dues applicable at your Home Club until such time as an acceptable form of ID is provided. Once an acceptable form of ID is provided your membership dues will return to the Young Person’s rate from your next direct debit. Under 23 dues will apply until the later of: (i) the end of your Minimum Commitment Period; and (ii) the date that you turn 23. Virgin Active reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Under 23 Membership discount or membership type at any time in its complete discretion however your membership dues will not increase during your Minimum Commitment Period. An Under 23 dues discount is not available with any other discount or promotion

9. Black Friday - Get 50% off your first 12 weeks

Join Virgin Active Australia on a 12 month Life or Premium membership between 12.01am 19 November 2025 and 11.59pm on 30 November 2025 and receive 12 weeks of membership dues at half price (the Offer). After the 12 weeks, standard membership dues for your chosen membership type and Club will apply. To qualify for the Offer, a joiner must complete Virgin Active’s membership sign up process including provision of ongoing direct debit payment details, health check agreement and payment of pro rata.
