Important Legal Stuff

1. Initial Commitment Period

Your Initial Commitment Period is four weeks from your first billing date. It will then automatically renew for consecutive four-week Commitment Periods (each, a Subsequent Commitment Period) unless terminated.

2. Termination/cancellation process

To cancel your membership, please let us know in Club at least 3 days before the next direct debit date (ie close of business on Sunday). Your membership dues for the remainder of your Initial Commitment Period or Subsequent Commitment Period (as applicable) will be payable.

3. Freeze

To freeze your membership, please let us know at least 3 days before the next direct debit date (ie close of business on Sunday). You can freeze your membership from direct debit date to direct debit date. Minimum 2 weeks.

4. Cooling Off Period

If you change your mind within 14 days of joining, we'll refund any payments of membership dues made. We may deduct any guest fees or personal training fees, if you've used our clubs or services.

5. Your Personal Data

We will collect, use and retain your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and collection notice found at virginactive.com.au

6. Group exercise bookings

To keep things fair, you can have 6 bookings at any given time. Cancel before 8pm to avoid strikes. Cancellations after 8pm and before 1 hour of the class start time incur 1 strike. Cancellations within 1 hour or no shows incur 2 strikes. If 6 strikes are incurred in a calendar month, maximum bookings at any given time will be reduced to 1 booking for 4 weeks. 7. One Month Premium Membership

1-MONTH MEMBERSHIPS Join Virgin Active Australia on a one month membership with Bondi Junction as your home club and pay the relevant subscription fee (the Offer). To qualify for the Offer, a joiner must complete Virgin Active’s membership sign up process including provision of ongoing direct debit payment details, health check and payment of pro rata. Virgin Active will apply the Offer to the member’s direct debits from the Membership Start Date for a period of one month (the Initial Commitment Period). After the Initial Commitment Period, membership dues will be subject to standard price increases in accordance with clause 5.2 of the membership terms, to be determined by Virgin Active Australia in its sole discretion. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and excludes personal training or other services, unless stated. Offer excludes Vitality memberships, home club memberships and corporate memberships. This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All applicable membership contract conditions apply, including our Club Rules and completion of the Health Commitment Statement (ask at your club for details). Virgin Active is not liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise, and in particular, if any such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or the relevant Terms and Conditions connected with this or any other Offer, it shall not be valid.
