YOGA FOUNDATIONS ROUND 2
The second round of the Yoga Foundations course is rolling out from May 8 – 31 in the morning!
These 7am sessions will run two sessions a week, over 4 weeks, and will be hosted by one of our specialised Yoga Coaches.
Designed for the brand new yogi or those of you just wanting to understand the practice a little more deeply, we aim to have you feeling confident by the end of the course.
