WHAT IS 31 DAYS OF YOGA?
31 days of yoga is the intention to practice yoga at least 5 times per week for the month of August!
We want you to be the happiest, healthiest and most balanced you can be in body, mind and spirit. Consistent practice is the key and 31 days of yoga is going to take you there.
