Using spring-loaded resistance on a Reformer Bed, this class focuses on increasing lower, upper and core strength, as well as posture, breathing and spine alignment. Get ready to sculpt your way to a new calibre of physical capabilities. Our expert coaches will guide you through creative sequences that will keep you feeling challenged and inspired with every class.

Grid Training is a 45min class, focused on building stamina, strength and stability. Utilizing elements of strength and conditioning, the Grid will have you moving like you never thought you were capable. On the Grid we squat, pull, push, lunge, twist and bend your way to a new you.

Barre incorporates dance, fitness, Pilates and ballet techniques expertly sequenced together in a high energy, but low impact way, which suits all experience levels. Not only will you sculpt all target areas, you will learn to move fluidly to music creating a balance and flow that you’ll never want to end.
