Grid Training is a 45min class, focused on building stamina, strength and stability. Utilizing elements of strength and conditioning, the Grid will have you moving like you never thought you were capable. On the Grid we squat, pull, push, lunge, twist and bend your way to a new you.
Barre incorporates dance, fitness, Pilates and ballet techniques expertly sequenced together in a high energy, but low impact way, which suits all experience levels.
