This intense, purposeful and dynamic yoga creates a connection between breath and movement with carefully crafted sequences of poses and challenges aplenty. Glide into our purpose-built studios away from the hustle of life and expect a rinse out of the body, mind and soul. Sessions will help increase flexibility, mobility and overall fitness.
