Be guided by supportive and encouraging Instructors who will introduce the foundations of the Reformer. Dive into the technical aspects of Reformer, explore movement at your own pace and learn how to operate your Reformer bed. These classes are programmed to offer fun and intelligent movement. All physical capabilities will be welcomed and supported

Learn the Reformer skills needed to begin your journey to optimal movement, strength, mobiltiy and awareness. Gain confidence of Reformer exercises, the Pilates principals, and technique in a supportive and encouraging environment

What will I do?

Be guided through an easy to understand explanation of the Reformer machine. Move through exercises that work the whole body, through a variety of positions set at a slower pace. Work through different levels of intensity for a supported introduction of the Reformer exercises

An inspired mindset and willingness to try. Grip socks.
