This class is for the more experienced. We suggest you attend at least 20 Reformer Pilates classes prior, as you will be expected to be confident with the use of the reformer bed as well as have a good knowledge of Reformer Pilates positions and exercises

Work hard and sweat in a fast paced powerful class designed for maximum effort and minimal rest. Consistently challenged through peaks of high-intensity Reformer progressions, with additional props such as the Cardio-Tramp intensify your challenge
