No previous martial arts experience necessary, let your experienced instructor guide you through the moves on the bag, punching and kicking your way into fitness!

Why is it good for me?

There's nothing quite like the experience of actually striking your opponent (the bag) to add that little bit more intensity to your workout. Your core is much more active, you engage so much more muscle for energy and your lungs have to work so much harder. That can only mean one thing – you get a powerful workout that produces results!

What will I do?

After a dynamic warm-up up your instructor will take lead you through a series of punch and kick combinations on the bag, sure to get your heart racing and your endorphins high!

What should I bring?

To keep you Covid-Safe we currently require all members to bring their own Boxing Gloves.
