Lets get ready to rumble!

Our Impact Boxing class is the perfect combo of technique, intensity, calorie burn and stress relief. Not only will it provide a great fitness routine but also offers a controlled and safe environment to learn the basics of boxing regardless of gender, fitness or boxing ability.

Why is it good for me?

Boxing training not only works all parts of the body but also all aspects of fitness such as; cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, coordination, and power. Develops great hand eye co-ordination and balance, as well as strengthening and toning your whole body!

What will I do?

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee! Your instructor will lead you through a series of combinations and drills either on the bag and/or with pads and gloves. Body weight conditioning and ab work could also be incorporated.

What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle, your wraps/inners and a sweat towel. Forget your wraps/inners? Purchase a pair at reception.
