Why is it good for me?


Continue to develop your proficiency of the Pilates Principles of technique. These classes are designed to build strength, endurance, precision, and mobility, while encouraging a deeper sense of body awareness and mental focus


What will I do?


Work through Reformer foundations with a creative and modern twist. Full body movement will be explored at a dynamic pace with varying levels of intensity and challenges. Props may also feature in class to provide additional power or support
