Be empowered by mastering the Reformer exercises you have grown to love, through expertly instructed creative sequences in a state of the art studio, that will keep you feeling challenged and inspired with every class. Please wear socks - grip socks are ideal and can be purchased at reception.

What will I do?

Work through classic Reformer foundations with a creative and modern twist. Full body movement will be explored, set to a dynamic pace with varying levels of intensity and challenges. Props may also feature in class to provide additional challenge

What should I bring?

A readiness to achieve. Grip socks.
