The reformer is a piece of resistance based exercise equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. It consists of a carriage that moves back and forth along railings. Resistance is provided by the exerciser's body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform. We still practice the same 7 foundations of Pilates on the reformer, but this class offers a lot of differences when compared to mat Pilates.This is an intermediate to advanced class and not suitable for beginners. You must attended at least 3-5 beginner reformer classes before attending this class. Please ensure you bring a pair of socks.

Just yourself, comfy workout gear and a bottle of water. We provide the bed to lay on! We ask that you wear socks for all Reformer classes, however, please travel to and from our changing rooms with shoes to protect your precious toes!

Great setup for some cable lateral raises. I like to get a pump first before I blast a muscle group coz it helps with the mind-muscle connect.
