Why is it good for me?

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness. Cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

What will I do?

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

What should I bring?

Just you! We will take care of the tunes and the inspiration. Get ready to dance like no one’s watching, and have a whole bunch of fun in the process. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
