What types of memberships do you have?

We have a range of memberships so give us a call on 1300 975 688 and we can talk you through the options. Or click the Book a Tour tab above and we can give you a call back at your preferred time.

How can I update my information?

Simply log in to mylocker by hitting the 'sign in' button above and go to the 'my details' tab. Easy peasy. Or our smiley receptionists can also help you update your details.

Can I freeze my membership?

Absolutely. We know that sometimes you may need a break so simply let us know in writing by close of business on the Sunday before your next direct debit and we will freeze your membership. For full details, check out our membership terms. Freeze fees apply.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply pop into your home club by close of business on the Sunday before the next direct debit and we will cancel your membership then and there. Can I claim my membership on my health insurance?

We have relationships with key health insurance providers so ask your health insurance provider for details. Depending on your cover, you may be able to claim for your membership, simply hop onto mylocker to print your tax invoice.

When are payments due?

Payments are made fortnightly every second Thursday. Please click here for a copy of our direct debit calendar including key dates to manage your membership.

Can I use other Virgin Active clubs?

Active Me Adult memberships can access all clubs in Australia except for Barangaroo and Bligh Street (with limited access to clubs internationally). Collection members have access to all clubs in Australia (including Barangaroo and Bligh Street) and 200 + clubs internationally in the UK, Italy, South Africa, Singapore and Thailand. What is mylocker?

mylocker is our nifty member portal where you can book into your favourite class, invite your friends for a workout, update your details, print your tax invoices and catch up on your club's news.

What is the Guide to Nutrition?

At Virgin Active we know that when it comes to results, making healthy choices is the secret to success. We've partnered with Precision Nutrition to certify our Virgin Active trainers and help you work your diet just as hard as your body. The Precision Nutrition System is bar-none the most comprehensive "how to nutrition" guide available today and can be purchased at any stage of your Virgin Active journey. The Guide to Nutrition package comprises a comprehensive Precision Nutrition Guide, two seminars covering the most important nutritional guidance (taken by our certified nutrition coaches) & a personal 30-day fitness plan.

What is a kick Start Promo?

The Kick Start Promo is made up of 4 PT sessions and can be purchased when you join Virgin Active or within your first month of joining. It is a great introduction to Virgin Active and will ensure that you hit the ground running.

What is the 30 Day Plan?

We know that if our members feel comfortable and confident in what to do, then they are much more likely to stick it out, build good attendance habits and achieve their goals. So that’s exactly what our 30 Day Plan aims to do. These 45 minute sessions are complimentary and delivered by one of our Fitness Professionals, book via reception or chatting to a Fitness Professional - the smiley person in a red shirt on the gym floor.

What is Guru Time?

It’s so important that our members feel confident in their fitness journey, and therefore an ongoing offer of complimentary support is key to their success. Guru Time is the perfect solution. The appointment can be booked in 15min slots for when a member needs guidance and support in the world of fitness, book via reception or chatting to a Fitness Professional - the smiley person in a red shirt on the gym floor.
