Snackbox Terms and Conditions

Snackbox Once-a-Weeker 

  1. Termination/cancellation process To cancel your membership, please let Snackbox know [insert mechanism for notice] and they will inform us to cancel your Virgin Active membership which we will process within 3 business days.
  2. Your Personal Data We will collect, use and retain your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and collection notice found at virginactive.com.au.
  3. Visit Limitation Your membership includes 1 Club Visit per week. Please book via MyLocker. If you do not use your Club Visit    your MyLocker account will be credited with a Club Visit credit that will be able to be used within 12 months from the date that the credit was created. Your MyLocker account will show the number of credits you have available and the relevant expiry dates. Credits can only be redeemed against certain class or activity types. Your MyLocker account will show the classes and activities that are available to book for your credit type. You can pay in advance for additional Club Visits if the visitation limit of your membership has been reached. If you cancel your membership you will forfeit any unused credits. Please also refer to the Group Exercise Booking Policy available under Legal Stuff on www.virginactive.com.au
  4. Fees While you are an active eligible Snackbox product owner you will not be charged for your Virgin Active membership. Should you end your product with Snapbox and wish to continue using Virgin Active, you may transfer your membership to a paid membership with us at the prevailing membership dues rate and standard terms and conditions.
  5. Club Rules By using a Virgin Active club you agree to abide by the Virgin Active Club Rules provided to you in your joining email and available here: [insert link]
  6. Health Check Please ensure you complete a health check questionnaire prior to your first visit to a Virgin Active club.

Snapbox Online Only  

  1. Online membership We will maintain a log in for your use from the date that we receive notice from Snapbox to set up your account. You may cancel your log in at any time by contacting Snapbox and we will process the request within 3 business days from receiving notice from Snapbox to do so.

  3. Health Check Please ensure you complete a health check questionnaire prior to your online class.
