Please find below what we are doing to keep you and your little ones safe.
Arrival times and 1 caregiver.
To help manage physical distancing, please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class and where possible, be ready to swim however change rooms will still be in action. We also ask that only 1 parent or caregiver per student attends the lesson.
Temperature check on arrival.
Upon arrival, we’ll be doing a temperature check on staff, swimmers and carers to make sure they’re well and ready to swim or watch.
Touchless hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes available for children, carers and staff.
You’ll find hand sanitisation stations in fixed locations at reception.
Markings to ensure physical distancing in reception.
You’ll find floor markers located at reception, seating and viewing areas to help with physical distancing. We ask that when you’re in our facility, you follow the markers and maintain a 1.5m distance from other families.
We will limit the number of students in each section of our pools and create dedicated spaces to give them the room they need.
Coaching in the pool.
In the pool, our instructors have a duty of care and at various stages of the lesson, may need to have contact with the swimmer for the purposes of teaching the child to learn to swim.
Closed Wet Play area.
The Wet Play area will be out of action at this stage of the restrictions.
Increased cleaning throughout the day and a deep clean of the entire club overnight.
We’ve always done this, but now more than ever we’re spending extra time and deploying team members to make sure our clubs are at their best.
Our teams have all completed the COVID Infection Control Training provided by the Australian Government
And as the Government guidelines advise, please keep children home if they’re unwell, ensure hands are washed and good hygiene is practised and maintain physical distance.
If you have any questions or just want to chat, please give us a call on 1300 975 688.
