Our Swimsters lessons are due to re-commence from Monday 18th October. We are busily working through re-open and will provide more updates shortly. To express interest and ensure you're updated, click here.
Please find below what we are doing to keep you and your little ones safe.
In line with NSW Government information, only members, guests, staff, and visitors (16+) who are fully vaccinated with an approved COVID-19 vaccine (or have a medical exmeption) will be able to access Swimsters (this includes watching your child's swimming lesson). Upon arrival at Swimsters reception, proof of vaccination will be required through either a COVID-19 certificate or immunisation history statement. Please stay home if you or your little one feels unwell at any time - we expect the same of our team, too.
In line with NSW Government guidelines, we require all parents, carers, team members and Swimsters (over the age of 12) to wear a face mask when visiting our clubs, unless medically exempt. This includes around poolisde and throughout the club.
Arrival times and 1 parent or carer
To help manage physical distancing, please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class and where possible, be ready to swim. We also ask that only 1 parent or carer per family attends the lesson.
What we're doing to help keep you safe
- Touchless hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes available
- Check in with QR codes
- Markings to ensure physical distancing at reception
- Dedicated spaces for students to increase spacing
- Closed wet play area
- Increased cleaning throughout the day and deep clean of the entire club overnight
- Ensuring our teams have completed Virgin Active infection control training and NSW COVID-19 Awareness for Gyms training
And as the Government guidelines advise, please keep children home if they’re unwell, ensure hands are washed, good hygiene is practised and maintain physical distance.
If you have any questions or just want to chat, please give us a call on 1300 975 688.
See you in the pool soon.
