4.30pm CXWORX - Studio 2 (30 mins)
This class is the ultimate abdominal workout. Using resistance tubes, weights and bodyweight, we train your core, posterior chain and muscular slings to make you the strongest version of you!
1.15pm BODY ATTACK - Studio 2 (45mins)
High-energy sports inspired aerobics training. This class trains your strength and stamina with classic aerobic training, sports-inspired training (think agility runs, plyometrics, tuck jumps and speed work) along with body-weight conditioning. Not for the faint-hearted, however low impact options making the class suitable for total beginners to part-time athletes.
5.00pm CXWORX - Studio 2 (30mins) - see above description
5.40pm BODY PUMP - Studio 1 (45mins)
Body Pump is endurance-style weights class. We challenge each muscle group for 4-5mins using a variety of weighted exercises such as squats, bench press, rows, tricep press, bicep curls, lunges, shoulder presses and much more!!
