PT OPEN WEEK

Next week our awesome PT's are running a series of workshops, seminars, fast classes and challenges to SURPRISE and DELIGHT you all with our wonderful and extended knowledge.

IT'S FREE! AND how you find out more info is enquire at reception!

We have over 15 sessions across the week.

The surprises and delights will be held on our GYM FLOOR so don't forget to keep a look out!

NO MORE ANTIGRAVITY YOGA

As you may know Antigravity Yoga has been off the timetable for the past 5-6 weeks.

During this time we carefully reviewed our Group Exercise program. As a result of our review, we will not be continuing with our Anti-Gravity program at Virgin Active Collins Street.

We compared the number of opportunities to book a class in one of our Anti-Gravity classes to our floor-based Yoga program and can offer more opportunities to practice in our Yoga studio at Collins Street by discontinuing Anti-Gravity Yoga and growing our floor-based Yoga program.

We hope to see you in more of our floor based yoga classes soon!

TIMETABLE REVAMP

We are REVAMPING our Class Timetable because our gym is getting BUSIER and we need to make sure that we have enough variety and ROOM to fit you all.

What does this mean for you?

- Body Pump will now be in Studio 1 (more space, more mirrors, more people)
- We will be ADD-ing Impact/Boxing Classes.
- NO more MAT Pilates. BUT we will be adding MORE BEGINNER REFORMER which is a GREAT alternative!
- ONLY one Body Balance class. BUT we have a fabulous and calmmm Yoga studio downstairs with LOTS of classes throughout the week.
- MORE CLASSES ALL AROUND! WOOP! YAY!

This will start from OCTOBER 1st! We hope you are excited as we are :).
