Want to float like a butterfly and sting like a bee?
Then join Ray on Tuesdays at 5.15pm for an all new boxing class. Learn proper punching technique as well as footwork to bring your boxing skills to the next level.
Not only will you be progressing up to fighting techniques such as slips, weaves and counter punching you will get a sweat on with drills designed to help increase your fitness!
You will need a set of gloves and if you would like to learn how to wrap your hand correctly roll up 5 minutes before class for a demo!
