Prenatal Fitness & Yoga Classes

Exercise during pregnancy is beneficial to overall health, as well as helping to prepare the body for childbirth. Yoga during pregnancy helps mothers to be embrace the changes in their bodies and in their lives; both physically and mentally.

Join Anne for a 6 week program encompassing a holistic mix of physical practice, flowing stretches, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation.

Program Cost from $213 for 6 classes, max 6 students.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
