Strength Program + FREE Workshop

Have you noticed a whole bunch of your fellow members getting considerably stronger, leaner and fitter over the last 12 weeks?!

We have. And we are impressed. So impressed that we are proud to announce our second 12 WEEK STRENGTH CHELLENEGE OF 2018! (Pause for Applause)

For those still on the fence we have put together a FREE Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press technique workshop;

Saturday May 5. 11AM. Studio 1. Book under 'workshop' on Mylocker, or just come along!


Kate will actively teach you some finer points of the big 3 Compound lifts. So come ready to move and learn!
She will also give you a more in depth run down of what the 12 week challenge will look like.
Including testing, price, expectations and how much fun you will have!

A R M B A L A N C I N G W O R K S H O P
TAKE FLIGHT IN THIS FUN AND CHALLENGING MASTERCLASS*
This workshop will give students the chance to learn and practice skills to help them advance their current arm balancing abilities.
We will look at variations of crow including flying/one legged crow, side crow, and fallen angel as well as, koundinyasana I and II, flying lizard pose, astavakrasana (eight angle pose) and elephant trunk

If you are keen to extend and advance your practice then join our Arm Balancing yogi Anne Dang for this exciting and inspiring session.

*Not suitable for beginners - participants should have at least 6 months consistent yoga practice.
