Power your body with primal movements by crawling, lunging and roaring your way through this sweat-soaked high intensity session! This class isn’t for the faint-hearted. Every ZUU session will be one of the most comprehensive, effective and intense experiences you’ll do! Guaranteed to bring out your inner Gorilla!

Why is it good for me?

It's fun! This calorie burning HIIT workout develops mobility, agility, flexibility and boosts cardio endurance. But that’s not all. It strengthens muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and tissue. The military, elite athletes and top sports teams do it to keep super fit.

What will I do?

ZUU has over 100 unique moves that work your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Named after each animal as inspiration, your body moves more naturally to get better results. Not only that Zuu is about working as a team, so you get to have fun in a group working hard and burning lots of calories!

What should I bring?

Zuu is a bodyweight class, so you just need yourself. However get ready to sweat, so be sure to bring a towel and plenty of water!
