Varied exercises are used week on week to keep your workout fresh. A slower paced workout led by your young at heart instructor to make sure you leave feeling fit, fresh and successful!
Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
