Yoga for your Body Masterclass

This Masterclass is a tri-style experience of our three signature yoga styles: Flow, Align and Calm. 30 minutes of this class will be all about you! Discover your unique body type according to Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and how you can get the best out of your yoga practice. The remaining 60 minutes of this practice is dedicated to a physical practice, getting to know each style. Connect with your local yoga community and enjoy this special treat to celebrate International Day of Yoga. This is Yoga for Your Body.

Why is it good for me?

This session will explain the intricacies of the sister science of Yoga, Ayurveda and walk you through the best style of yoga for your body. All adventures to discover more about yourself will aid in a holistic approach to health and wellness, and we want that for you!

What will I do?

There will be some chatting and exploring followed by lots of moving with an explanation and experience of our three yoga styles, Flow, Align and Calm.

What should I bring?

A towel, yourself and maybe a friend so after you can go to dinner and swap notes.
