Sculpt and define your body guided by your motivating coach, in this heart raising, muscle burning, freestyle body conditioning class.

Why is it good for me?

Learn new exercise techniques, get pushed to new limits, and condition your body. Better than yesterday, better than the day before!

What will I do?

From cardio kick start to core work, tone, trim and tighten head to toe. Using various equipment and your body as resistance, feel fitter, more energised and ready to take on the world.

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
