Suspension training at its ultimate. This half hour class promises new exercises with quick circuit style change-overs for a maximal half hour workout experience.

What will I do?

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
