Catered to all levels, however must have basic swimming ability

Join the squad! Your swimming fitness just took a dive into the deep end!

These sessions will aim to improve swimming fitness, various elements of stroke correction, and include relevant drills to improve all elements of swimming technique. You will be working on freestyle primarily, including some breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. The session will also include strength and conditioning exercises to improve certain parts of the individual stroke

Swimming is the sport that lasts a lifetime! Be confident and ready next time you enter the water

What will I do?

Our swim squad will see you further improve your swim technique along side your fellow “Swim Squaders!” Your specialised coach will create a program for the group improving your breathing, stroke and endurance

What should I bring?

Suitable pool attire, supportive bathers, goggles, and a towel for when its all done!
