This workout is designed to challenge your fitness. However, exercise modifications allow everyone to push their individual limits!

We are going to ride it like we stole it!

SPRINT™ is a cycle workout built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and intense style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. In just 30-minutes SPRINT™ will challenge participants physical and mental limits. They’ll push through bursts of intensity working as hard as possible, then prepare for the next effort during short periods of rest. The payoff is the calorie burn for hours after stepping off the bike!

Why is it good for me?

You will build lean muscle and train your body to burn fat via High Intensity Interval Training. Not only this, but this kind of training over a short period will leave you burning calories for hours after your class!

What will I do?

Your LES MILLS SPRINT™ Coach will take you through an accelerated warmup to get your muscles, lungs, and cardiovascular system fired up and into the training zone. Speed and intensity increases as you work towards your top personal pace. You'll warm up your climbing muscles, then hit a series of full-on hill climbs that test your strength, and cycling time trials that test your endurance. There will be time for recovery, just enough to give you the energy to push through the next challenge!

What should I bring?

Wear your usual workout clothes and bring a water bottle, a towel and a big attitude. We’ll do the rest! Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are optional as well as cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they’re not essential.
