Why is it good for me?

Are you looking to sculpt and shape a lean, defined and toned body? Than this class is absolutely the right class for you. Not only will you create the shape you are looking for, but you will grow stronger and more confident performing functional strength exercises

What will I do?

This class incorporates a mix of Kinesis, functional strength and cardio equipment to tone, strengthen and define your upper, middle and lower body. You will be coached on how to perform a number of strength and toning exercises mixed up with bursts of cardio, in a circuit style format

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
