A full body Pilates workout that will strengthen and tone the core, back, legs and arms with concentration and focus on breathing and alignment. Exercises use props to enhance the workout such as balls, thera-bands, circles and hand weights

Why is it good for me?

You will develop strength, flexibility and coordination, not to mention flat abs. Pilates is appreciated by everyone from elite athletes to seniors. Toning, flexibility, better posture, efficient movement, body/mind connection are some of the many benefits only enhanced by the use of our classes “props”

What will I do?

With the use of our Pilates “props” and equipment, learn to correctly engage and use the muscles of the abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks, otherwise known as your “core.” Therefore balancing muscular strength on both sides of your body.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, comfy workout gear and a bottle of water. We provide the Mat! Pilates and Props is a barefoot class, however, please travel to and from our changing rooms with shoes to protect your precious toes!
