Open Training is what you want it to be, at a time that suits you. On the bag, on the bike or using strength training or cardio equipment – our Boxing, Cycle and Burn studios are at your disposal (PT studio not open)

Why is it good for me?

Moving your body always feels good – no one ever regretted a workout. It benefits your mind and your body. So come and take advantage of the studio space at a time that suits you

What will I do?

The choice is yours. Workout in which ever studio you chose (excluding the PT studio)
