Why is it good for me?

The benefits of meditation are numerous but to keep it simple: think clearer and feel better. Meditation has you turn inwards for a little while, so that when you turn outwards again you do so from a place of clearer vision and greater acceptance. Meditation eases the edges of life that are stressful and overwhelming.

What will I do?

Meditation practices are diverse and include lying down deep relaxation, seated breath work and visualization. You will be guided at all times and held in a space to observe with curiosity.

What should I bring?

All of your stress related to body and mind. Wear comfortable clothes so you can sit or lie down on a Yoga mat
