What will I do?

From lifting heavy and training hard in strength classes to focusing on HITT, cardiovascular training with lighter kettlebells in cardio. Both are sure to get you fitter faster, and leaving you with another “tool” in your fitness toolbox!

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
