Junglebody® is a wild mash up of Cardio, Afro, Pop, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pilates, Hip Hop and everything inbetween. It`s the perfect concoction of easy to do moves, amazing pumping music and results based training.

With fresh choreography, new technique & the latest music you will never hit a plateau or get bored! Have fun whilst you workout. Sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload

What will I do?

Expect to squat, burpee, twerk & sweat like crazy to the hottest beats. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, JungleBody’s “Konga®” is for you!

What should I bring?

Just you! We will take care of the tunes and the inspiration. Get ready to dance like no one’s watching, and have a whole bunch of fun in the process. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
