Grid Training - Outdoor

With Community and teamwork in focus, together we’ll sweat & raise our heart rates outside, building muscle and sharing the occasional laugh. The Grid is a 45min class, focused on building stamina, strength and stability. While enjoying the great outdoors, your coach will use elements of strength, conditioning and the surroundings to having you running and moving like you never thought you were capable. Location: Queens Park, Waverly Meeting Point: Cnr of, Baronga Avenue & Queens Park Road

Why is it good for me?

HIIT (high intensity interval training) is proven to get you the quickest results. Grid Fit incorporates HIIT a competitive edge! There’s always a score or result to come away with, which means you can return next time ready to beat your gym buddy, or just beat yourself!

What will I do?

Every three months we introduce a whole heap of new workouts to keep you on your toes and to keep delivering the results you came in for. Grid Fit focus’ on those of us with a competitive nature. Each workout out will have a different result. Whether its max reps or KM’s run, we know if you’re Grid Fit you’ll want to come out on top!

What should I bring?

Yourself, your game face, water and a sweat towel. Be prepared to work hard alongside your fellow Grid Goers, and maybe throw in a hi-five or two!
