Grid Training - Outdoor
With Community and teamwork in focus, together we’ll sweat & raise our heart rates outside, building muscle and sharing the occasional laugh. The Grid is a 45min class, focused on building stamina, strength and stability. While enjoying the great outdoors, your coach will use elements of strength, conditioning and the surroundings to having you running and moving like you never thought you were capable.
