Our freestyle Dance is a program that combines versatile rhythms (such as hip-hop, house, latest pop music, and more) with high energetic movement and dance routines. This program will develop your coordination, increase your cardio and better your skills as a dancer, even if you didn`t start out as one. The workout is a super high calorie burner for your whole body!!

Why is it good for me?

Dancing is a great way to get fit with a smile on your face. Improving your muscle tone, strength, endurance and fitness in a group of like-minded members.

What will I do?

Every class is different with such a wide range of dance styles out there from swing to hip hop, you’ll dance through the decades or perfect your Saturday night club routine!

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
