Tone-tastic, low impact aerobics for legs, tummy and booty

This aerobics freestyle class set to great tunes, is based around light weight - high repetition or bodyweight movements. Designed to raise your heart rate and tone your muscles.

Why is it good for me?

Ever heard the expression “sweat is your fat crying!” Tone, shape and define your muscles as well as work the muscles of your heart, is this hot and sweaty freestyle workout!

What will I do?

Driven by the beat of the music and your inspiring instructor you will be coached through various aerobics choreography. Leg warmers and headbands optional!

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
