How powerful can you be in 40 minutes?  With 5 minutes to start the engines and 5 minutes to come back down to earth, you have 30 on the clock to create change, and we’re not wasting any time, this is your ultimate HIIT workout on two wheels. Just when you think you have nothing left in the tank your coach will give you the pep talk needed for that extra 1%!

Why is it good for me?

Rockstar coaches are ready to take you to the next level of training in this high intensity class. Using the data from your on bike consoles; set personal benchmarks in speed, resistance and power to track your progress class to class.  There’s no guess work, the results will be right before your eyes. Remember; you are your own competition, so get ready to  reach your highest potential as you sweat and BURN!

What will I do?

Working from the three major pieces of data on your consoles (RPM, Resistance and Watts) we will take HIIT on the bike to the next level. The music will drive you as well as the competition you create with yourself, as you see yourself get more and more POWERFUL class by class

What should I bring?

All you need is comfortable workout gear, a water bottle and a sweat towel
