Experience a new world of exercise at Virgin Active's Burn Strength and Conditioning class. With a calorie incinerating combination of traditional strength training and cardio intervals, it's the workout that keeps your body working, even after you've left. It's the gym floor alternative you've been looking for.

Why is it good for me?

You'll run, push, pull, lunge and skip on the SKILLMILL in between routines of muscle burning dumbbell and kettlebell intervals. Every day will focus on a different body part with choreographed lighting, music and inspiring coaching to get you through the most effective 45-minute workout possible.

What will I do?

Not only will Burn Strength and Conditioning help you build full body strength and improve your cardio vascular endurance and output, you'll be tested in ways that will create a resilient and robust mind.

What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle and we provide the rest. Sweat towels on arrival.
