Why is it good for me?

This class is all about shaping, strengthening and transforming the lower body. From a strong core, to a breathtaking booty and long lean legs. This class will get you the results you came in for!

What will I do?

You will be guided by your coach through a number of different leg, butt and ab focused blocks of strength, toning and cardio work, carefully sequenced to a skilfully curated heart pumping playlist. Using the step, weights and bands, you will squat, lunge, step up, crunch, twist and plank - get ready to sweat and feel the burn!

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive training shoes, bring a water bottle and a sweat towel
