Fancy a booty like Beyoncé? This lower-body circuit will specifically target your glutes with exercises incorporating weights, bodyweight, cardio and plyometric work.

Why is it good for me?

This specialised circuit will shape and tone the muscles of your butt, legs and core. Giving Beyoncé a run for her money!

What will I do?

Your Bottom’s up instructor will take you through a 6 station circuit of butt toning exercises. You will then work your way through these stations as well as spending time in the centre of the studio where you will be taken through additional bootilious exercises to ensure you leave feeling fabulous!

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
