Calling in our troops -Drill sergant is at the ready to get you sweating up a storm!

Driven by your bootcamp coach, squat, run, skip or push your way through our vigorous bootcamp workout. Each class keeping you on your toes with different exercises to try, but guaranteed to see you burning calories and shaping your body. You can rest when it’s over!

Why is it good for me?

If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you. Get to work and see the results for yourself. Our bootcamp workout will have you screaming for more!

What will I do?

This is not your average circuit training. Each class will be a little different, through a mix of HIIT or sports conditioning, circuits or team challenges; rest assured your heart will be beating hard, and every muscle from your shoulders to your feet will be feeling the burn!

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
