Our Abs blast is a core conditioning class is for those wanting to not only create that wash board stomach but improve posture and support all movements in daily life! It`s ideal for tightening your tummy, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Abs Blast is a part of your journey to expose that six pack! Crunch, twist and plank, not only to feel the burn in the abs, but to condition the muscles of your core

What will I do?

Your coach will guide you through a number of blocks of work on the mat, focusing on your entire centre front to back

What should I bring?

Your Virgin Active Health Club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel
