Need a physical challenge to work off the indulgence that is synonymous with this time of year? We've got you covered! Join Anne as you work your way through (up to) 108 sun salutations to burn off those Christmas calories and celebrate the Summer Solstice.

Why is it good for me?

This is an intense and dynamic yoga class that will create a connection between breath and movement. Increase strength and support muscle development while clearing your mind and build both physical and mental stamina.

What will I do?

You will flow through surya namaskar, salute to the sun, (up to) 108 times.

What should I bring?

A willingness to learn and a few deep breaths! Towel and water bottle.
