Just when you’re ready to give up on humanity for yet another copycat crime, we’ve got you covered because we’re bringing you an all new podcast just for your ears and, you guessed it: it has nothing to do with crime. That’s right, the team here at Virgin Active Australia has come together to launch our first ever podcast and we are so excited to share it with you.
Welcome to the Active Minds podcast, a podcast devoted to health and wellness topics explored by wellness experts from around the world, as well as by our incredible local coaches you know and love from our Australia clubs.
We’ll be exploring topics you’ve probably thought about often when it comes to wellness but, topics that we don’t get to dive deep into at the clubs. This podcast will be so much more than just your average weight loss tips; we want to talk to you about the topics that matter in your wellness journey including: mental health, motivation, mindfulness and so much more.

At the very heart of Virgin Active Australia is the people, and we couldn’t be prouder to share that our very own Mark Seeto, Global Head of our Yoga and Pilates programs, is the host of the podcast.
Mark has been with Virgin Active since 2009, with a passion in fitness from the very start. As a Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates instructor, Mark developed a deep understanding of not only the mechanics of movement but also the importance of mindset, motivation, and the power of relationships in creating a sustainable fitness lifestyle. This knowledge has set him apart in the industry, and ultimately has led him down the career path he’s taken with Virgin Active.
With his passion for all things wellbeing, nutrition, exercise and mindfulness, Mark leads the charge in our Active Minds podcast, as he navigates intimate conversations with the very brightest minds in the wellness industry. You’re sure to enjoy his lighthearted banter, and personal stories he slips into the mix (spoiler alert: you may catch Mark chatting about his favourite massage oil)!
