Gentle Yoga for Every Body

Perfect for beginners to Yoga, those coming back from injury, pre/post-natal mothers, our more mature members and of course those who just want to experience a gentler paced Yoga practice

Our Gentle Yoga practice facilitates deep relaxation and breath work in order to restore, renew and heal. A mix of accessible Hatha Yoga poses sequenced together to promote balance and harmony, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Come and practice with Karl on Mondays 6:30pm
