Now you're Ignition is done, you've spent 6-8 weeks working on your personalised training program and now it's time for a 're-vamp'. Now it's time to book your Reprogram!
At your request, your Reprogram can be booked as a 30min, 45min or a 1hour rendezvous with one of our smiley Fitness Professionals of your choice. We're going to start with a quick catch up so you can tell us all about what you've been doing and how you are feeling. Then we'll hit the gym floor and see what changes or adjustments we need to make to your program, to ensure we're still heading in the right direction. Please bring your old program and come armed with any questions you might have.
Couple of things to remember: Make sure you wear comfy gym clothes, bring a towel and water bottle and turn up a couple of minutes early. If you can't make it, please give us a call on 88486600 to reschedule.

On your very first date with one of our super cool Relationship Consultants, he or she probably talked to you about your IGNITION. You probably even booked it on the day, and you may have already done it! But we just wanted to spread the word on what happens during your Ignition and the value it brings to your training sessions.
Your Ignition is a super important 45min-1hour rendezvous between you and one of our smiley Fitness Professionals. Firstly we’ll chat about your fitness goals and get to know you better, and it’s a great time to chat about any injuries or specific interests you might have. Once we have a good picture of where you’re at and where you want to go, we’re going to hit the gym floor. Here the Fit Pro will put together and demonstrate a Personalised Training Program, something you’ll feel comfy doing on your own.
