My background is in Strength and Conditioning but love my toys! You could call it “Functional Strength”
Best results with a member:
Trained a young girl with severe depression after ‘exercise’ was suggested by her GP to help support her condition. After being a self confessed “anti gym” girl, she now trains everyday and no longer requires her medication. Thats the one i’m most proud of!
Fitness philosophy:
1. Build the foundation
2. Learn the movement
3. Train the FUN-tion!
Favourite exercise:
Nothing beats the Deadlift but give me a Kettlebell and you have a winner.
