My background is in Strength and Conditioning but love my toys! You could call it “Functional Strength”

Trained a young girl with severe depression after ‘exercise’ was suggested by her GP to help support her condition. After being a self confessed “anti gym” girl, she now trains everyday and no longer requires her medication. Thats the one i’m most proud of!
