We know how much you love your classes here at Virgin Active Bourke Street! We would love to see the following classes do well, but we need you to vote with you feet to keep them on the timetable, if these classes remain with low attendance, you may see them removed from the timetable:

Tuesday:
06.30am Dynamic Yoga

Wednesday:
1.15pm Kickboxing
6.45pm Vinyasa Yoga

Thursday:
6.45pm BodyBalance

Friday:
12.15pm Pilates Reformer Advanced

ONE ON ONE YOGA ...


Yoga Personal Training is catered specifically to what you want to get from your Yoga practice. Every person is unique with individual wants and needs.

Working one on one, will not only give you a practice that is designed and sequenced for your specific needs, you will also receive alignment instruction and hands on adjustments to move you deeper into your practice.

Suitable for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice.

That means 99 times out of 100 there is a spare space or two even in our most POPULAR classes.

So when you see a class is fully booked, our suggestion?? Come along anyway!

Nearly every time you'll get yourself a spot! On the rare times we can't squeeze you in? There are another 5 classes about to start - try something new.

FRIYAY SUMMER BODYPUMP!


Mornings are getting lighter, Summer is on it's way!

So ( by popular demand ) Friday Morning BODYPUMP with Amber is moving to a full 55 minutes at:

06.20am - 7.15am

This change will happen from Friday 13th ( who said that day was unlucky! )

ASHTANGA WITH ARTI


Have you tried Ashtanga Yoga?

Falling under our Strength Yoga Pillar, Ashtanga Yoga is sure to challenge you on your mat! We asked our instructor Arti, why she thinks you'll LOVE Ashtanga Yoga:

"Ashtanga yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures which are intense in nature. It is a traditional series of set sequence which aims to develop strong core, purify body and mind. It follows the same sequence throughout in a precise order and is physically challenging and demanding since the poses move briskly - you are sure to build up a sweat!"

Monday's at 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Saturday's at 9.30am - 10.45am
