This role will oversee the current property asset portfolio throughout the country – from ensuring maintenance matters are dealt with effectively and efficiently, to establishing national contracts and managing their SLA’s, right through to learning the ins and outs of a new property development to enable a successful handover.
Along with ensuring each property is kept in top shape, this role is also responsible for contributing to the OH&S processes for the business to minimise the risk of incidences and enhance overall safety.

Some stuff that will help you get the job:
· 3 years of property asset management in a multi-site environment
· Experience in establishing national contracts and managing their SLA’s
· Exposure to project management (e.g. refurbishment)
· Experience in delivering impeccable stakeholder service
· Experience in liaising with landlords to successfully manage build issues
· Ability to manage budgets and oversee spending
· Near superhuman attention to detail
· Commitment to seeing things through to completion
· Demonstrated ability to think quickly, clearly and logically whilst meeting deadlines
· A natural knack with health and safety
· Practical understanding of technical building issues, maintenance procedures and trade requirements
