We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service guru to ensure we are delivering supremo service to all our members at every touch point. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience you’ll be all about supporting the continual development of the Virgin Active Member Journey and effectively engaging with our club teams to help them deliver an exceptional experience to our members. You’ll be cool as a cucumber when dealing with customer feedback and complaints, with the ability to think outside the box to help reach resolutions that make everyone happy. You don’t mind putting your creative cap on to put together compelling and catchy communications to our members or rolling your sleeves up to help deliver key Customer Experience projects. Also, you’ll have a natural knack for leadership as you’ll be looking after our awesome centralised ‘Service Hub’ team.

About You:

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a national customer service role. 
  • Experience working for a high profile consumer brand would be ideal. 
  • Experience in a multi-site environment desirable. 
  • Experience leading a team. 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Superior organisation skills, excellent judgement and attention to detail 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – intermediate
